Diane Fujita* has known the members of The Mills Team on a personal and professional level for many years. Diane met Sarah O’Neill when they worked together part-time at The Bay while attending post secondary school. Following graduation, Diane excelled at an extensive sales and marketing career at Hallmark Cards until she moved to the US in 1994 when her husband Mark was transferred to Atlanta, Georgia. Upon returning to Toronto in 1998, Diane enjoyed the flexibility of operating a small home-based business while her children were young. In 2003, Diane joined The Mills Team, bringing with her 19 years of business, customer service and marketing experience. Her commitment to providing a superior client experience is a top priority. Recently Diane obtained her real estate license allowing her to provide additional support to the team. In her spare time, Diane loves to curl, run and spend time with her husband and three busy teenagers.
Laura Lee* grew up just outside of Toronto, in a successful real estate family, with an innate love of the business and a love of interior design. She was inspired to combine both of her passions and consequently graduated with honours in an Interior Design Advanced Diploma programme and subsequently became a licensed real estate salesperson. With two years of experience in a sales support role, she joined The Mills Team in 2016. Laura’s kind, helpful demeanour, her conscientious and dedicated personality, her innovative ideas and her pursuit of excellence in all she does make Laura an invaluable asset to The Mills Team.
When not working tirelessly for The Mills Team, Laura can be found taking advantage of all that living in downtown Toronto has to offer, or planning an international vacation – satisfying her other passion: travel.
Victoria Mills Delsnyder grew up knowing she wanted to follow her family’s tradition of helping people. After graduating from the University of Guelph, she indulged her love of design and graduated from the Certified Staging Professionals (CSP) ™ International Business Training Academy. She has since proudly joined The Mills Team as a third generation member of this real estate family – following the trail blazed by her grandfather Alex, her Mom Sue, and her aunt Katie. Victoria’s keen eye for design, her exceptional organizational skills and her incredible work ethic – along with her strong young back – make her the ideal manager of The Mills Team’s Home Staging program, an invaluable service offered to our clients to maximize the value of their property.
In her free time, Victoria is most-often found at the barn, caring for, riding and loving her horse
Mike O’Neill has known members of The Mills Team for many years through his daughter Sarah O’Neill, and joined them as bookkeeper after taking early retirement from an extensive career in the telecommunication industry. Originally from England and after graduating from technical college, Mike worked for 16 years for the National Telephone Company, and also served in the Royal Air Force (RAF). The O’Neill family moved to Canada in 1967 where Mike resumed employment in telecommunications. Mike has extensive experience in customer support and service and has enjoyed many “firsts” in his long and successful career. He really enjoys working with and supporting The Mils Team in his “backroom capacity”. Mike’s many hobbies and interests, include, amateur (Ham) radio, photography and computers. He’s also a volunteer teacher for fellow seniors in computer applications and is web master for Sports Club website. Mike’s favourite quotations are: “Learning is a lifelong experience” and “Be yourself, everyone else is taken.”
